Friendly staff made the check-in easy.

The heater in the room was extremely loud, keeping me up all night. When I reached for a cup of coffee, I found an old used coffee filter and grounds still inside the pot. The outdated decor and lack of cleanliness left me frustrated and disappointed during my stay.

The staff's friendliness genuinely stood out, making us feel welcome from check-in. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs guests woke us early. Additionally, the heating system was unreliable, causing some discomfort during our stay.

our stay at holiday lodge was fantastic! The service was great. upon check-in, we were taken to our room and shown how to use the ac, lights, and more. the fridge was super cold, and the microwave and coffee pot were new. we felt very comfortable and were thrilled to find a fair price during such a busy time of year. it's definitely better than our last visit.

Quiet gem in Hawthorne

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a nice surprise. Super clean king room with tons of space, and the owner was really friendly and helpful. The outdoor area for dining was chill, perfect for relaxing. Overall, great value!
